It is time for self-reflection. It will give you a Happier and more Successful Life
Looking back at 2018 it is important to self-reflect on your experiences, take the lessons learned and evolve. This is significant for personal growth. To make time to reflect on the past year is one of the best things you can do for yourself in January (you can choose the exact day of this month). By doing that we can see what we got right, what we got wrong, and we get into a great state of mind to create our personal vision board of what we would like to achieve in the next year
Take this journey and answer 29 questions below which will help you with your own 2018 reflection

Next step is to create your word/statement for 2019. Have a look at my mine.
This year is all about rebuilding. My friends are questioning why I had chosen such an “emotional” word, probably they are thinking I felt destroyed or burnt out. In fact, the past year it’s been a rollercoaster for me, I married a person who was not ‘the one’ for me even though he is an amazing man. Four years ago when I met him I was optimistic about the future, and after a few years some of my friends were getting married and building
I quit my stable corporate job I was happy with and moved to the United States only to leave after three months. I dropped everything to travel the world. And ask me if I am happy! I am! Fully.
I’ve spent the last three months of 2018 rebuilding my mindset, connecting with my true self, creating good habits, practicing yoga in India, traveling the world, and building healthy daily routines. I am building my business and am entirely motivated towards its success. I started living with a big vision. This hard work helped me to lead the intentional life I desired to live. Now? I am in love with my life!
Every success depends on my full dedication to it. My life is the journey, and the willingness to have vision and foresight leads to incredible results. It is leading me forward.
The last step to take is to create your future ACCOMPLISHMENTS for 2019. Again take a quick look at mine
I PRACTICED FORGIVENESS
How life-changing forgiving others and yourself can be? It brings miracles. In the past, I’ve worked hard to forgive others, but I’ve never taken enough time to focus on forgiving myself. So this year, I will spend a lot of time working to forgive myself. This year, I will reach a turning point with my self-forgiveness. You can simply say: “I forgive you, Paula. I forgive you for the past year. I forgive you for losing your way, Paula.” Using your name in this practice is key!
I AM SELF-AWARE
I think I already have a pretty good level of self-awareness, but I believe that there is always an opportunity to grow and improve. Being self-aware and understanding my likes, dislikes, and feelings is something I will always put a focus on. Working regularly on it helps a lot and keep you away from falling back into bad habits.
What does being curious look like? Questioning, being inquisitive, and looking at the world with an open mind and open heart it is a good way to keep your curiosity going. So in 2019, I will become aware of the fact that I might close myself off a bit to the world sometimes, and I will try to come back on track. If I feel like letting it go on for too long, it can be destructive for me. So this year, I will make it a priority to be curious again.
I KEEP PRACTICING SELF-LOVE
Do you remember the last time you focused on you? What I mean by that is loving every part of who you are. Your strengths and weaknesses. The good and the bad. It’s been a while, hasn’t it? It’s hard to believe that we forget about the most important person —ourselves. I try to keep myself on the self-loving path to heal. When we have multiple setbacks and significant life changes, this can seem challenging – but it is not impossible.
TO FIND MY MISSION IN LIFE
Everybody is searching for their mission in life. And I’m glad to say that I believe I’ve found mine. After reflecting on my life so far I have come to the conclusion that it is my purpose to empower, inspire, and help others to live their lives to their fullest true potential. That is my mission.
I DESIRE A WORKSPACE I FEEL COMFORTABLE IN
So I made a proper space for myself – the world 🙂
There are still adjustments to make, but so far I am feeling satisfied and happy working, living, and sleeping in that space.
I am calling you to take action, and eventually, you’ll begin to see ‘coincidences’ flowing into your life. The Universe will show you signs you’re moving in the right direction!
